This sweepstakes is subject to the official rules, which may be obtained by visiting our web site at www.misshsa.tv/gridironclassic or sending a self-addressed envelope to 2835 Brandywine Road, Suite 102, Atlanta, GA 30341. The sweepstakes begins on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 10:00 PM Eastern Time (Entry Period). You can enter this sweepstakes by one of the following [two] means: via text entry by sending a message to 46786 (Standard Text Messaging/Data Usage may apply) or mail-in entry by printing your name, address, home telephone number and age on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: 2835 Brandywine Road, Suite 102, Atlanta, GA 30341. Mail in entries must be postmarked by Saturday, December 1, 2012 and received by Monday, December 4, 2012. Only one entry per person per day. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Devices used for entry must be owned by persons 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Florida and Puerto Rico. Void to all Florida residents. Employees and their immediate families, including household member, of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi, A Mutual Insurance Company (Sponsor), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. There will be six prize awarded with a value of $1,000.00. The championship teams with the most entries at the end of their championship game will win $1,000.00. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize winner will be determined on or about Saturday, December 1 after all entries have been received and totaled from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The total entries shall be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified in person during the championship events after the specific game has taken place. The winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return it properly executed, within 14 days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize.
